- Go to RUN
- Type REGEDIT
- Find HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
- Double click on "NoRun" and change "ValueData" from 0 to 1.
- Close Regedit
- Restart computer.
Now the run command prompt will be remove from the start menu.
